Missing 2 Passive skill points from Quest?

Hi,

One of my character(POE2) only got 22 skill points and I explored everywhere and I just can't find it, I doubted there might be some bugs with my quest finishing, could the support check it for me.

Weird thing is every rewards icon shown gray on the map and I've traversed each of them.

could there be a chance that the book is dropped or stolen by some chances?

I think some people had issues getting the skill point drop from the monkey in act 3/cruel, but iirc in their case the icon wasn't greying out as though it were completed.

If you're playing on controller, check with Una in Act 1/Cruel. Because of the UI design for controller, it can be easy to miss that she has more dialogue options if you accidently didn't take the skill book after returning her Lute. It would be above the songs in the dialogue, with the only indication for controller before navigating to it being a horizontal divider above the song list (it'd look the same as the one below the song list and above the buy/sell/disenchant options).

You could also try opening the World Map, clicking the button in the top right to open the Quests panel, and checking to confirm that the quests that reward skill points are all marked as completed there.

im having the same problem.

i think i missed it with offering the heart in act 3. now i cant get there to get it
