Bug Report: Removing Passive Gem while Refunding

Bug: Removing a passive gem from the skill tree while refunding and then attempting to exit will cause you to be unable to refund any points until you log out and log back in.

Expected: You should be able to unequip the gem while in the tree.

Actual: You must first unequip the gem before refunding the passive.

Steps to reproduce:

Begin refunding points from the passive tree until you reach a node. Once you reach a gem slot, open your inventory and remove the gem. Then exit the passive tree. Talk to the Hooded One and reopen the passive tree. You will then be unable to refund points.

Fix:

Exit the game and log back in to regain access to your passive tree.
