Breach freeze cost me a HH

So after around 2500+ hours in poe 1 and nearly 400 in poe2, i finally saw a headhunter drop from first rare in a map.

However when i reached breach it froze my game and when i got bk in my map and all the loot from the map was gone. The breach freeze has happend a few times and everytime it deletes the instance and all he loot from it.

so i had a HH for around 20 secs after all these hours, best 20 secs.
