Terrible lag and maps unplayable

Todays round of hotfixes has made some maps unplayable. There is something going on server side that is causing massive stuttering and dropped packets. I started a fresh Savannah map and once I got to the middle of the map the game started running like it was 2 FPS....but it wasn't PC performance it was the client-server communication between myself and the game. it ONLY happened near the center of the map, and when I moved away, all the queued actions and monster attacks "replayed" at like 12x speed

Seeing this happen in multiple maps and in multiple "modes" (delirium, ritual, etc.)

Same thing happened to me. I don't know if it's on the server side, in fact I would guess it's not since this was a client side patch from my understanding. I'd recommend getting MSI Afterburner or a similar tool to view your system usage. After this patch, all my CPU cores are being over utilized and my CPU temps are skyrocketed to 100C. Meanwhile my GPU is chilling at 60C.

I had no issues before today's update, patch 0.1.0F. I have an intel i5-11400F and a 3060ti.
Exact same thing is happening to me and 2 friends I play with. After the latest updates the lag and stuttering is so bad we can’t play certain maps. All 3 of us run i9, 4070 PCs. None of us have experienced this until after the latest patch.
