Can I "bleed for zero damage"? (Like with Cospri dealing no phys dmg.)

I'm guessing not, but thought I'd ask. If I put some bleed chance on my Cyclone, with increased crit chance vs bleeding targets... does this combo work if I'm using Cospri? Or nah?

That's right. In PoE1 only physical attack damage can inflict bleeding.
