Delirium tab remove only on pc but was bought on PC

Hey, so I had a delirium tab from poe1, was using it on pc no problem, but had to play on ps5 for a period of time. I used my ps5 credits for the other tabs I had already bought but not the delirium one. But im back on ps5 now and it still says remove-only, any way to fix?
