Character stuck waking in a line in Trials of Chaos

Flipped a lever in an ultimatum room and character is stuck walking in a line bricking the run. When walking over a certain spot it has an upwards teleportation animation.

I think the issue could be that the game thinks I am on a bridge because I pulled a lever when I am not supposed to / the bridge didnt appear in game properly.
