Question about mouse buttons when weapon swapping.

Is there a way to have my mouse button skills change when i switch weapon sets?

Dual weapon setting a warrior.

Set 1 i want left mouse button for attacking with my 1H mace, with right mouse button for shield block or maybe shield charge.

Set 2 i want left mouse button for attacking with my 2H mace, right mouse button for perfect strike.

yes i know i can set it up so that i have a dedicated button for perfect strike, and that it will auto switch to my two hand mace when i push the button, but that leaves me also having to dedicate another button for striking with my 2Hand mace. Which means less buttons within easy reach while WASD'ing for other stuff.

It seems like this new system is a step forward and a step back.
