Missing 70 spirit

I am new to POE but on early access I'm aleady lvl 90 deadeye as my first character. Just NOW i found out that all this time i was playing with 30 spirit instead of 100.

How should i know it? Why Azak Bog does not have a boss sign with "+" if you not even entered this location?

Just became twice stronger killing the witch at act 3 (2 times) :)

I think its a "stupid" in term of gameplay and should be fixed, i mean the game should NOT easily let the player miss so important stats.
