Bug Report ID: #1690186093 - Legacy of the Vaal quest state bugged

Completed Act 3 Cruel. When speaking to Doryani, all the dialog options quickly opened and closed. Since then, there is a quest reminder in the right side quest panel to Speak with Doryani. Have exhausted all the dialog options, tried to speak to them in the post campaign refuge and hideout. Quest status won't complete.
