Buffer Underflow

Hello, I am getting a glitch where POE2 is crashing and saying "Exception" "Buffer Underflow",. This happened in Jungle ruins. I cannot access this char anymore as every time I try logging in I keep getting the same error message. I was able to load up a different character at least. I will also note that I am playing on Pc. Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated
