EU servers unstable AF

Ok, it's early access, we get it but:

On EU, at least, servers are garbage. Lag spikes, random dc's, crashes due to high latency, getting logged out because of performing actions too fast? What the hell is that even?
There has not been a single day since playing this game that it has not disconnected me at least once (check your stupid diagnostic tools if you think I'm exaggerating). What sort of potato setup does your serverside have?
It is unacceptable to have lag or constant dc's in a modern game. Figure it out. I play several online games; this is literally the only one that is this terrible when it comes to connectivity and stability. Even WoW expansion launches are smoother than whatever poor excuse for servers you're running.
