Consistent Crash on Stormweaver After Using Sigil of Power, Then Power Siphon

Bug Report: 1
On my Stormweaver, when I use Sigil of Power (with “Always Attack Without Moving” enabled), and then use Power Siphon (with “Always Attack Without Moving” disabled), the game crashes. I tested it five times, and the game crashed every time.

Bug Report: 2
The game also crashes when I only use "Power Siphon".
