My Feedback untill this point.
Things I like:
1- I like the gem system compaired with the old one. This give u some real freedom to change un gear. 2- I like the 3 acts. Pretty fun in general and also like where the story is going. 3- I like the graphics and some quality life changes. 4- I like the quantity of items dropped by monsters. Is not a sea of trash items like in poe 1. 5- I like the telegraph attacks and all the IU changes to understand whats happening to you. 6- I love bosses. We need more. 7- I like u dont have to press 12345 for potions constantly. Things I dont like: 1- Theres an obvious lack of crafting methods. I miss alteration orbs a lot. I cant even force the 2 first stats of an item for the campaing or my flasks. Also theres no crafting bench or recombinator or any other crafting method than chaos spam... At lest alterations and annul orbs to exalt-annul with some bench for meta craft prefixes sufixes.. I think thats the minimum. I also dont like what Chaos orb does in this POE2. I simply prefear the old ones by far. 2- To do a 6 stats map I have to use at lest 2 exalted orbs and a regal. Per map. That doesent seem normal to me. Or use a transmutation, augmentation, regal and 3 exalted orbs... Thats simply way 2 much... 3- Theres an obvious lack of weapons and also support gems. My gameplay feels so limited to use 1 kind of weapon all the time... In poe1 I could go Dagger for a certain mage build for example no problem. No chance to do this in Poe2. 4- I dnt see how I benefit from the use of 2 weapon set when Im a Witch. Im gonna loose my spirit unless I get another scepter with the same amount of spirit... And whats even the point for it? The extra spirit should be in the offhand instead of a shield. Seems so obvious to me to give the player the choice between wearing some extra spirit, a focus for extra spell damage or a shield, and leave the weapon for other stuff minion related... OR for a sword if I wanna be hitting with some minions around me or a wand if I wanna b relly more into curses or dots instead of minion straigh damage. It somehow feels like im way more limited in this poe2 than in old one to find a playstyle I like. 5- The item rarity should not affect currency. Like in old POE1 only item quantity should affect currency. I dnt like to be forced to wear item rarity to get some drops. I wanna concentrate on my build to have the feel Im breaking the game. Getting rich is not the goal ever. Is just something that happens eventually if u play a lot, trade good, craft good or u are lucky. or at lest it should be that way. 6- I dnt like that belts have an explicit stat telling u u have an extra charm. Them should b an implicit, item level related, telling u how many of them u can use. And most unique should have 3 charms slot always, but maybe for some special ones. Also them should b many more charms and also unique charms like we had unique flasks in POE1. 7- Theres an obvius lack of suffixes and affixes for weapons. Probably thats the reason why the crafting is so limited right now. But really, we miss many stuff everywhere... Most of my items right now have to be... Life, mana, item rarity, resistances and maybe one stat. 8- The tree itself lacks of options. Is pretty much a choice between a or b. We had an excess of complexity in Poe1, u were right in making it more simple, but simple doesent mean obvious. We lack of options. 9- I hate the way we are ultra restricted in items by few things... 1st the item rarity Issue. (This one is absurd) 2nd The pool of life/eS/mana/armour/evasion whatever need ur champion to avoid being 1 shooted (lack of other layers of defense) 3rd the large amount of stats needed for having 6L (we need more nodes with stats in the skilltree) 4th the need to cape resistances. (how is posible we dont have any resistances in the skill tree? My point here is... Since theres no other way to reach those goals, you need to get it trough ur items. I really prefear the system where I were looking for +1 to all skills +1 to minions, 5% of damage taken is taken as fire, +2 to max fire resist, +3% of maximum life, increased AOE + AOE damage. and 3% fire penetration in the implicit by corruption or whatever... This is an imposible but interesting item to my eyes... and a target in a certain build for sure if tiers are high... But items right now are so boring. 130 life 130 mana 25% item rarity 35% fire resist 32% cold resist 33 Strenght This is a good item nowdays... Such a boring thing. This is still an early access... I forgot to mention the 1 portal thing...
Why? Just why? I prefear to have a harder map where u can die several times. Risk/reward or a map with a chance of an imposible mob, than having a map where 1 mistake or a bad positioning is enought to loose it all. Feels like we are 24/7 playing sanctum...
