Cursor Confined to Window

been playing since early release launch without any issues. played this morning with no issues. left and came back and now i cant mouse out of the window. the setting is not checked and never has been until i tried to check it and uncheck it today. its not confined in the login screen or the character select. only once i get into the game. ive restarted my computer, ive restarted the game with the setting checked and unchecked. i cannot access my 2nd monitor without minimizing the game. getting real frustrated. any help would be appreciated

yesterday had no issue, today i am having the same issue! only started happening after the update.

figured out the problem change your screen setting to windowed fullscreen instead of fullscreen. hope that helps you
