Base attributes when leveling.

Aside from the passive tree it would be nice to get some base attributes when leveling. Not alot either, like 1 to each every 5 levels which would only be an extra 20 to each at max level (27 total with the 7 you start with in each). Just enough to help slot a few more support gems while also stacking the stats you need for gear and skill gems.
