**Request for an Inspect Feature in Path of Exile 2**

Hello Exile Community and Developers,

I’ve been playing ARPGs since the days of *Diablo 1* in the '90s. Back then, I had notoriously bad luck with loot, and my friends never let me forget it. But one unforgettable moment changed everything: I met a player in his final year of college who had decided to quit gaming to focus on his studies. In a gesture of incredible generosity, he gave me an entire set of near-best-in-slot gear. That act completely transformed my experience, and since then, I’ve made it my mission to pass on that feeling to others.

In *Diablo*, I earned the nickname "DiabloSanta" because I often inspect players, figure out their needs, and gift them medium-to-large upgrades at no cost. I’ve carried this practice over to *Path of Exile*, where I go by "PoeSanta." However, one challenge I’ve encountered is the lack of an inspect feature in *Path of Exile*. Unlike *Diablo*, where I can right-click a player to view their gear and stats, helping others in PoE requires them to link all their gear in chat. This process is especially cumbersome for console players.

Adding an inspect feature would be an incredible quality-of-life improvement, not just for me but for anyone looking to help or collaborate with others. It would streamline gear assessments, enabling players like me to support others more effectively. More functional builds mean more players progressing, learning, and ultimately growing the community.

I deeply appreciate all the hard work the team has put into this game. Even in its early access stages, *Path of Exile 2* stands out as a masterpiece. I hope you’ll consider this feature to enhance the cooperative and supportive spirit of the game.
