Shield Charge/Shockwave totem not working tool tip missing!

For some reason my build just stopped working. Can no longer use my set up. Tool tip says information unavailable for shield charge. stopped letting me use totem. I have an image just can’t figure out how to post from my phone. Also why can’t I equip a non martial weapon for my non martial skills and a martial weapon for my martial skills. Keeps telling me I can’t have the gems equipped. But I meet all the requirements. They just shouldn’t be able to used with the weapon, not prevent me from equipping. The work around is I have to take all the gems out and put them back in. Still dumb though.
