Cannot refund passives on skill tree

I have 3 weapon swap nodes I cannot refund or the attribute node leading to them. I have tried everything I can think of and cannot remove these points.

Yeah turns out I am blind, there are actually SIX weapon nodes allocated here, it's just almost impossible to see that the final 3 are actually active.
