Headcore Death Softlock

To Whom it may Concern,

My hardcore SSF character just died on it's first map encounter. Upon resurrecting in standard SSF there are no interactions available with the Maps Device. I am unable to progress through maps and my character has been soft-locked.

To assist with the bug finding:

I believe that I died to a pack of normal vipers all striking at once. My health immediately dropped to 0, so that may of been a bug itself. (I had 2khp, 4k shield and almost max resistances)

I Alt-F4'd the game after I died.

Bug Fixing so far:

I have tried relogging, reloading etc.
I have tried to enter maps from the end of act 3 however the portal in-between present and past is non-existent as well
