Lock Items System

It will be good to lock items so we don't accidently drop them, break or modify them like in D4. I just lost a Thief Torment ring on the burning monolith... dropped by mistake when going down the elevator and couldn't go back to get it... I am using controller and my kid was talking to me and I pressed the wrong button and dropped it. SO yeah a Lock system would be a good QoL.

You're mentionning a game you should not be mentionning here. A lot of players here don't want to read or hear about anything that the Snowstorm-named studio has produced in the last 15 years.

But yeah, locking what's on our character to prevent destroying or dropping it would be such a good QoL, especially for players using controllers. I know I sometimes press the wrong controller's button when navigating through the menus.
+1 for item lock

I've lost more items from accidental gear switching or disenchants in POE 2 than any other game. Obviously my fault, but it's real easy when switching over to controller from keyboard. Please enable gear locks or disenchant buybacks.

Thanks!

Bump and a +1. Even when I don't actually destroy something important, keeping track of what I need to keep is unnecessary cognitive load added onto any trip into my inventory. It shouldn't be that hard to implement, either, since it's not that far off from how quest items are treated already.
