Lost 2 atlas points after opening book that gives me two atlas points?

Hi,

As the title says. I did a woodland map that had two bosses (The bosses were two of the first big fat dude when you start the game) with deli/corrupted and the final two bosses both dropped a book that gave 2 Atlas points.

When I picked one up the other despawned. That's fine. When I clicked to open the atlas book it said in the chat I have gained 2 points but in reality no points were actually given to me.

Is that right?
