I would like to know what specifically affects the quality (rings and amulets)

Is it possible to improve the spirit or rarity of items based on quality?



items that affect attributes affect what specifically(only INT STR and DEX?)

defense quality increases what?(armor and energy shield)?

How does the increase of all resistances work? Is it affected by any increase in any resistance?
