Server disconnect in Stone Citadel

So after over 300 hours of game time I finally find my first citadel (2 at the same time actually). I complete one of them and continue to the second. In the stone citadel, which is very very long, I disconnect just before the boss fight. So I try to relog to Frankfurt (EU) but it doesn´t work. It wasn´t a crash, it wasn´t my internet because I was able to log on to Milan (EU). But all my portals were gone. After a while I try to relog to Frankfurt (EU) and it worked but my portals were still gone (it was below the 8min deadline of maps reseting. Map says "failed".

This is beyond frustrating. This never happened before.

I´m lvl 94.
