Matlan waterways - Monkey mob can't be targetted

Monkey mob does damage to me, but can't be targeted or hit with AOE. In a party of 3, all experienced the same with this one mob. Can't see its life bar or any other info, doesn't highlight or the likes. I have a video clip if required.
