Bug at Act3 Cruel

I killed the Silverfist side boss in act 6 which drops a weapon skill book. I tried to pick it up but my inventory was full so i couldn't and the item disapearred. Now if i redo the boss, he drops nothing ...

I tried to redo the map 5-6 times already.
