Crash festival end when ?

Didnt have any problem at launch and a few weeks ago started crashing randomly on high mob density encounters . Mainly breach .
Must be honest i am getting sick and tired of losing my juiced up maps and all my loot on the ground . In the recent days it only got worse i am crashing like 10 times daily at least .
I have excluded all the possible solutions on my part both hardware and software wise .
Would be of great praise if GGG could say or do something about it cause i hear half of the playerbase having the same problems .
Insanely tilting experience , i love this game so much dont want to quit it for such a reason but ill have to if this doesnt stop . I literally cant play .

10 times daily would be fantastic for me:D it takes 10+ attempts just to launch the game, and then crash on map opening

it's just so frustrating thinking about ask refund on a a game i genuinely enjoyed. Not because i didn't like a particular mechanic etc, but simply because im not allowed to play anymore. Fun part is that i already spend 200h on it, so i can't even get my money back. Feeling like... what is the word? ah.. i prefer not to use it anyways..
