Upgrading my account (PS5)

I am trying to reach out to you by email (16-12-2024) and still don’t have any answers… also have i send a DM on the website. No response aswell.. I give it a last shot here and hope for support. I know its busy but almost a month no response is sad. I feel like a Stan, while writing.

I am trying to spend 480,- on your game but it won’t let me. I have try it in PoE1, 2 and from the PS5 store but it is not showing.

I bought the 100,- already, it shows also on my inbox on the website. I have received the goodies. But… i can still buy the 100 pack in the store and not any higher. Looks like my pack is not on my account for some reason. Sony sends me to you guys.

Also in the store on the website it shows that I can buy the 100,- pack again. I read that the store on the webste only gives access to the PC version of the game, even if its linked.

How do I upgrade my account from the 100,- edition to the 480?

Should I refund and buy again? I dont want trouble that I loses my account. There is already spend more then 200 hours in it..
