My character is unable to properly access the final content after completing Chapter 6

After my game character completed all the campaign missions, I still couldn't access the final content of the game. The mission prompted me to return to Chapter 1 and have a dialogue with the Dark-Clad Phantom to head east, but there was no such dialogue option, and unfortunately, my game got stuck like this.

Currently, when I try to use the map to access the Mapworks in my hideout, it displays: "Unable to enter the final content before completing the campaign." This is a really AWFUL bug.

Hope anyone can support me to fix it.

You have to run your first map (each character, seemingly) from the Ziggurat Refuge. It makes sense on the first playthrough, since you don't have a hideout yet, but it feels weird the second time through.

After that, the hideout one should work fine.

You can find the waypoint for the refuge in Cruel act 3, near the bottom.
