Viper Napuatzi + Sacrificial Heart Bug

If you kill her before phase, when soldiers try to stab you, you can't get Sacrifitial Heart from Utzaal and Aggorat locations. Cleared both locations 2 times on 2 characters. Creating new location via CTRL doesn't helps. Exiting game and starting it again fix the problem. Got Heart right in a few mob packs after this manipulation.
