Reduced Quantity Map

Aight, I got a Hidden Groto that is corrupted with 10% reduced quantity of items in area while I've put in increased quantity of in all nearby towers and that map is literally surrounded by 58% increased quantity maps

I have something similar:
All nearby towers are granting increased experience gain, but one map out of them all, Hive, is showing *reduced* experience gain instead. https://imgur.com/a/6k2UlPS (images in case of broken image below)  |

Yeah my quant seems to be gradually decreasing. I had a map go from 94% quant to 70% and another go from 70% to 45%. WTH?
