Stronbox not spawning monsters (bug report reference ID: 1,909,363,506)

Level 14 waystone used on Crypt, I also used delirious influence. Opened a rare strongbox and no enemies spawned after multiple minutes. Tried leaving the instance and coming back but still no dice.
