Sold an unidentified item, buyer crashed hideout instance to reverse the trade

I sold an unidentified item, the buyer walks to Doryani in my hideout, then uses two spells which crashes the instance. This put the item back into my sell page and removed the divs traded. I have the name of the player and I know the spells used. I have chat logs only, wasnt recording my screen. I can disclose the name and spells to admins, just dont want to break any rules regarding revealing bug methods and or player names.
