Stuck in Ziggurat Encampment.

Hi, me and my wife yesterday had playing on Xbox with local coop. We was trying to beat Viper Napuatzi, but we failed mamy times. So we thought to take a break. I teleported us to Ziggurat end turn off the game. Today we wanted to try beat her ass, but something went wrong. We logged in ours Witchhunters and when the game loaded we see only some kind od temple, i think its left side of Ziggurat, but our characters gone.


Someone else knows what can we do? We cant move/teleport/anything.
