Chapter3 big soul core is gone.

In the Baal Legacy quest, I forgot the Great Soul Core during the part where you have to plant it, so I can't proceed with the quest. I went to get the quest item again, but it doesn't come out. For this reason, I can't proceed with the quest. Please fix this.
