Endgame not accessible on 2nd character after finishing Act 3 in "Cruel" mode

I did a 2nd playthrough with another character, unfortunately the game doesn't allow me to continue to the endgame.

I don't have any open quests (besides Going East in Act1 and the Trials), Doryani and the other endgame characters are in my hideout, I have access to the refuge.

When I try to enter the Atlas tree nothing happens. I can access the mapdevice and place a waystone, but when I click traverse I get the message that I cannot access the endgame before finishing the campaign.

My first playtrough was flawless and I do have access with my main character to all content, unfortunately the twink seems to be stuck between worlds ...

I have the exact same issue, any idea anyone?

On my 2nd character I had to do one map in the vaal act 3 cruel hideout before being able to do maps in my own

Somehow the problem sorted itself, I entered an Act 3 map without doing any other things, afterwards I had the endgame tab and can now play.

the first map you open with a character needs to be done from the temple were you go after finishing the campaing not from your hideout.

Its probably still a bug but that solves it.
