Upgradable base of legendary items.

It would be great to upgrade base model of legendaries to keep their stats (and requirements) matched to later states. Similiar feature had for example Diablo 2. And as I see that all items have "advanced" version of themself, why not expand that usability?

Most uniques are useless.

They really dropped the ball on most uniques. Makes me sad.

yes, but at least this could make some items usable.
