No Error Crashes to Desktop / Network Spikes (10k+)

No Error Crashes to Desktop:
Since the game launched, I have had constant issues of my game crashing to the desktop without any error messages. It happens most often when I am in instances like waystones or trials. I have tried multiple fixes but have found no solutions yet. The most common theme I have found when I am in a party with someone who is also doing the waystone, if I get too far from them, I end up crashing to the desktop. I have also had some situations where I get small stutters, die and crash to desktop. I have tried every possible fix I could find online. A few errors have stated something about a missing texture or unable to load a certain texture or something but most of the time, it just has no error and sends me to my desktop.

Network Spiking to 10,000+ MS:
This issue just started within the last few hours. Anytime I have gone into a new instance or just randomly, my Network on the graphs in game will spike from about 70-80 all the way up to almost 20,000. It will slowly go up and up and once it gets too high, it sends me back to the log in screen. It seems that the reoccurring theme on this one is when I join an instance for a waystone or join a hideout area. At this point, I can't even join an instance. I tried to open a waystone by myself and it just loaded and sent me back to the login screen.
