Kindly fix your network issue!!!!

To whom it may concern,

I'm just running my normal tier 13 map, and suddenly your network spiked!

This always happened, especially with the breached maps. The previous map is fine because my items are still in my inventory once I logged back in. But this time, the same thing happened, and my first perfect jeweler orb and every item that I picked up, GONE!!!
