Chaos Inolucation Bug, Account wide

On all my Characters my Chaos Inolucation is bugged, I don´t have Chaos Immunity and my Life shows 1/ max Energyshield.

I dont have any other Passives active or any uniques.

I tried creating 2 different Characters and leveled directly to CI and there is the same bug.
