Performance issues/studerring and crashes

First of love the game, have over 230 hrs in game.

I am running the following:
I9-12900k
32Gb ram
RTX 3080

I should be able to run at a decent fps and decent quality,

But right now I am running at low settings and 2550x1440 resolution.

I have massive fps problems and studdering with mob packs , running a breach at any lvl is a problem due to fps drops.

And also going up on one boss and going pew pew makes fps go down

I have had a lot of random crashes everything from cannot render dx12 or other stuff, a whole lot of issues basically.

I really want some fixes for this since the problem makes it difficult to do fun stuff at t15

SRS flamewall minion build? or a fire spell casting build?

Running a ice shot dead eye cast on crit, but I am reallly limited due to my fps and studdering
