Alchemist's Boon and Aura Effect jewels

Not sure if its intended this way, but jewels with "increased effect of aura from your skills" do not work on Alchemist's boon.

Im not sure if it works the charges per second (because the tooltip rounds to the first decimal).
But it does not increase the the % of my flasks that party members get.
the amount of life recovery per second from my flask did not change with having a jewel equipped.
