Post-SSFHC death world state inconsistencies; salvage bench and reforge bench.

After dying in SSFHC and being moved to SSF league, initially my world state was broken for several days, with the quest log at endgame stage (talk to doryani) and while I could access the atlas screen with the U key, the map device could not be interacted with.

A week passed and another character died, also moving them to the SSF league. By now, the initial map device problem had been fixed either by an update or by the transferal of this character.

Now, I had the salvage bench already unlocked for this league despite never completing the quest in this league for it and the reforge bench was not available, even after killing Mektul, the hammer would not drop.
The device was also not available in my hideout storage.

I'd wager a new character progressing the quest-line would provide the reforge bench, but seeing as there was inconsistencies in which benches were transferred post death, this warranted a post.

Edit: I want to clarify, it is the SSF league that I'm encountering these problems with. My SSFHC world state remains functional.
