Hello, I purchased a pack for early access. I have been playing on my console but went to go load onto my PC and it’s stating I don’t have access. On my account it shows all of my purchases and more. I sent an email before the holidays but I understand due to that fact there would be a delayed response. However, is there a time line on when I might get a reply regarding my situation?

If you'd like to play early access on PC as well, you'll need a PC access key. You can obtain one by redeeming an extra access key from someone else or by purchasing one of the Early Access Supporter Packs via the website shop page for your account. I hope this clarifies things for you!

So I have to purchase the early access pack again on PC even though I bought it for console already?

The console Early Access Packs only grant access for that console, so if you'd like to play on PC as well you'd need a PC access key as well. I hope this clarifies things!
