Iron Citadel Incomplete (THREE TIMES)

I have encountered this error 3 times in a row while opening the Altlat map, I am very annoyed and frustrated, I have killed all the monsters and the final boss but it still shows that there is 1 monster left in the map and I cannot complete the MAP as well as continue the following maps because the "Iron Citadel" Map has failed.
