cant use Temporal rift

After i swaped some skills Temporal rift became unusable. I press it but nothing happens.
If i turn off any of my spirit skills it starts to work properly again, but once i turn them ON it brakes.

Spirit skills used: blasphemy, cast on shock, archmage.

i managed to fix the problem by respefunding my class passives and getting Time rift again.
