Life Flask Bug

I posted about this yesterday, but I can't seem to find that post nor did i receive any information on it, but I am still experiencing a bug that hitches my game when i use my life and mana flasks that have 25% instant recovery. every time i press the appropriate key the game will almost pause then catch up. I am not sure if it is server related, or the game. I have been playing well over 150 hours and have not experienced this bug till yesterday. Its jarring especially when there are mobs after me and i have to use my life flask continuously and the game hitches each time until my life is full.
