I tried asking for Technical help for PC Frezzes

So, as many others my PC crash and frezze when i load into the game. I tried asking for help to resolve the issue and got this message back.

Since Theres no help on the technical forums, I fell like i was given the middel finger.

This does not make me wanna spend any cash on this game.

Edit.
Since its apparently against the rules, to post reply's you get from the company. I wonder if that also would apply if you had some useful help?

I cannot seem to read anywhere that its against the rules to parafrase, so I was basically told that I could not get any help, because they did not have the staff to help people. I was also directed to seek help on the forums, were nobody gets any help.

Feels like your PC don't want you to play this game.

Yes, it seems so.
Even more when my support response was removed from the forum post, so the company wont even stand by their words.

Sad, I really wanted to play this.
swapping to vulkan from dx12 stopped any crashes i was having the first couple days

Youtube/reddit usually offers a lot more help but at the foundational level where it matters most (bios, windows refresh, driver and rollbacks etc).

You don't crash often due to GGG bugs/errors, there would be 1000's whining on reddit/youtube if that were the case.

Generally to anyone suffering from crashes often, check your RAM health through a windows startup : "Press the Windows key and type "Windows Memory Diagnostic" in the search bar. Click on the application to open it. You'll be presented with two options: "Restart now and check for problems (recommended)" and "Check for problems the next time I start my computer." Choose the appropriate option."

If your RAM is fine, then there's a conflict with your OS/drivers/overclocking/background apps and if you reeeeeeally want to play, you'll tinker with your PC.

I love tinkering, damn, I have lush graphics and I'm still with a 1080ti and 8700k intel cpu on the latest games. There's all the info in the world on the internet nowadays and if you need to use Vulkan to play (slow as hell)... well imo there's a lot more attention you can give to your machine.

Thats just a few.

and 99% of them are massive cpu/gpu performance spikes that are very commononly a windows/driver conflict. This is a user issue not a GGG issue, the game functions properly and there's not a 100's of threads or vids on reddit/youtube about the issue (ie its not a popular topic at all, 1% of users or something, typical for a lot of games).

My younger brother isn't tech savvy/confident at all and needs me make sure his PC is optimal...the simplest thing you can do is just reinstall your Windows OS and after go to windows update, do all their updates only and the game will most likely work.

Nuking everything is not usually the simplest way out. I'd start with a fresh GPU driver reinstall with DDU, at least that's what seems to have fixed PC freezes when loading into my hideout for me.
