Resistance debuff in the Trial of Chaos not working properly

Looks like the 2nd step of the resistance debuff in the Trial of Chaos (-30% resistances and -20% max resistances) increases max resistances instead of decreasing them.

75% (118%) / 75% (128%) / 75% (86%)
becomes
88% (88%) / 90% (98%) / 56% (56%)
