is it bugged???

This is driving me nuts I'm on cruel act two and all i have left to do is blow the horn i have killed all bosses and done the trial a number of times to try trigger the part where you go to the end of the wagon and blow the horn but no joy.
on my quest info it keeps telling me to go back to traitor passage https://ibb.co/PrM55mZ and to give the horn to vastiri but i dont have the horn no more i did give it to her awhile back and now im stuck it keeps telling me to search traitors passage, i have done this and even killed balbala a number of times.

is my game broke or am i missing something?

yeah nice one moving this to a place that wont get a answer this is and was okay in help and support as i dont know if its a bug or i just need help but instead of taking the time to move it how about try and help
